Application
Simply send us your documents via our online portal or WhatsApp. We look forward to learning more about you and your motivation!
Interview With HR
During an initial exchange, you will get to know one of our colleagues from the recruiting department either by phone or video call and learn more about the position and p78.
Interview With the Specialist Department
The second interview takes place with the specialist department. Depending on the situation, we conduct the interview via video or in person. If everyone is on site, we prefer to invite you directly to our office. Usually, after the second interview, there is another meeting with the team to see if the chemistry is right.

Onboarding
Together, we will plan your onboarding and keep you informed about all the steps until you start. A smooth start is particularly important to us. Ideally, your first day will take place at our Munich headquarters or one of our other office locations. This will give you the opportunity to get to know the team right away and experience the p78 team spirit firsthand.
